What is the 2009 LA Law series?
LA Law – working for providers of change
The law around so many aspects of running a service is constantly changing – and it’s not just personnel and HR law (though there’s always plenty of change there). There are also all the changes arriving with our new regulator, various successful appeals against earlier decisions and the 2009 Employment Act.
There is now only one seminar left for you attend - BOOK NOW to avoid disappointment! Some ARC members will know about Lester Aldridge, a leading law firm from Bournemouth who have been one of our conference sponsors in recent years.
They have agreed to provide ARC members with a series of legal updates, on a range of key issues for all providers. There will be two series, one in the North and the other in the South with three half-day meetings in each series.
Seminar 3:
Sorting out Working Time and the National Minimum Wage
Friday 30 October 2009 Victoria Holiday Inn, Sheffield
