ARC Northern Ireland

ARC’s Northern Ireland office is located in Belfast and is run by Siobhan Bogues.

We are currently involved in a range of projects in Northern Ireland, which are outlined below, visit the individual project pages for more detailed information.

Getting Started

This ARC Northern Ireland project is aimed at getting more people into the care sector. They take 12 unemployed people through the ‘Getting Started’ training programme, a comprehensive induction into working in social care, then they sit the ECC exam.

LD Service Framework

This ARC Northern Ireland project is developing a set of service frameworks for the delivery of health and social care services. ARC is a leader in the development of the LD service framework.

Telling It Like It Is (TILII)

This ARC Northern Ireland project supports a group of men and women with a learning disability to run training sessions for staff. There are programmes in Bangor and Muckamore.
