Care First Careers
This is a Department of Health and DWP (through JobCentre Plus) initiative to encourage more workers into the social care sector.
Each employer could claim a £1000 grant and free pre-employment training.
If they employ someone aged 18-24 who has been claiming jobseekers allowance for 6 months or more.

There is a lot of money in this scheme (£75million) and 50,000 places so if you NEED extra social care staff get applying!
