ARC Annual Conference 2010
Be inspired to keep your eye on the ball when all around you seems uncertain, and put a date in your diary to join us at this year’s ARC Annual Conference to be held at the brand new Chesterfield Football
Club Stadium on Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd December 2010.

As we are using a different kind of venue this year, we have a list of local hotels, with prices ranging from £19 to £99, so that you can book your own accommodation to suit your budget. Some examples are:

Wanted: Care Sector Customer Champions and Workshop proposals
Inspired by the Annual ‘Customer Kings Award’, we are looking for the Care Sector’s very own Customer Champions – people and
organisations with inspiring presentations and workshops, which will provide practical help and advice, including:
- How we identify who our customers are.
- How we go about identifying the different needs of different customers.
- How we respond to the changes which might be necessary to the organisational culture and practice as a result of the expectations of our customers.
- How we put customers at the centre.
- How to generate new business in an uncertain climate.
- What we need to do to deliver a really great service.
