The ARC Management Centre is the section of the ARC Training Consortium which offers care sector qualifications at a management level.
There are three accredited learning programmes:
- The main qualification delivered by the Management Centre at present is the NVQ Level 4 Registered Manager (Adults). ARC is a City & Guilds Assessment Centre for this award.
- The Higher Professional Diploma in Managing Learning Disability Services (HPD) is a new Level 4 award, designed to meet the learning needs associated with the managment role. ARC is an accredited centre for the HPD.
- Moving Into Management is a series of flexible higher level learning resources based on groups of units from the Higher Professional Diploma in Learning Disability Services (HPD).
