Membership of ARC is open to any organisation which is currently involved in any sort of service provision for people with a learning disability. For example, charities, partnerships, housing associations, statutory agencies, limited companies, and sole traders.

WHO ARE ARC'S MEMBERS?
ARC's members are primarily organisations who are involved in providing services of all kinds to people with a learning disability. This includes:
- adult placements
- daytime and leisure activities
- domiciliary care
- holidays
- information services
- nursing care
- peripatetic support
- residential care
- respite care
- school or college education
- supported employment
- supported living
- training for employment
- workforce development
Some of ARC's members are very small family style support services; others are large national organisations.
