Changing Perspectives

NEW! - Update 13 November 2008

We are currently working on the very first edition of our Member magazine Changing Perspectives, this will be replacing In the Spotlight, and we will be launching at this year's annual conference Grand Designs in Coventry.

Information on the magazine:

  • Changing Perspectives is a topic-based magazine featuring in-depth views on a different theme each issue.
  • The magazine will be an e-zine, sent to our members by email - enabling us to include links to resources directly from the issue. Members will be able to print hard copies if needed.
  • Alternatively hard copies may be available directly from us (for a small fee)
  • Each edition will offer views and perspectives, good practice together with any relevant government legislation and guidance.
  • The aim is to provide a valuable resource that is of practical use to member organisations and their staff who provide services for people with learning disabilities.
  • We are also introducing a 'Member's page' for Member organisations to showcase best practice, projects, ask us questions and display photographs (with permission of course)

If you'd like to know more about the forthcoming release of Changing Perspectives email Nic Pattison (ARC Information Officer) or call 01246 555043.
