Roaming Resources
We have a library of resources that were assembled as part of a two year project and these are now available for members and their staff to borrow via the office in Chesterfield. These are a variety of books, government papers, reports and training packs. There are also several videos.

Staff Development Forum
ARC holds an annual two day Staff Development Forum for people who have responsibility for staff develelopment in learning disability services. The Forum provides valuable opportunities for getting right up to date on what is happening in the sector as well as time to reflect, to plan for what is coming up and think creatively with others who face the same challenges. The Forum usually takes place in May: please contact Janet Fairley for information.
ARC Training Services
Based at the head office in Chesterfield, we offer our training services throughout England and Wales; in Northern Ireland and Scotland ARC offers separate training services for these areas.
We also work with an approved centre to support staff to acheive the new Learning Disability Qualification (LDQ).
