A CD that supports people with a learning disability to give training to new staff
This CD has two main parts:
- Part One: training for people who use services, so that understand Induction
- Part Two: a presentation that service users can give to new staff.
Displayed in PowerPoint presentation and illustrated with photos and pictures, the CD is designed to be easily accessible via a computer screen. Also included is a photo bank and a glossary or explanation of words used.
