ARC, at the request of Norfolk Learning Disability Partnership Board and in partnership with Norfolk Learning Difficulties Service, MENTER in Norfolk, and the Norwich and Norfolk Racial Equality Council, are working to promote appropriate support for people with learning difficulties from minority ethnic communities, and people who support individuals.
Four free events were held during Carers' Week at Great Yarmouth, Norwich, King's Lynn and Thetford.

Come along and find out the facts about the national and local picture around ethnicity plus the draft Cultural Competency Tool.
We'll also be discussing Individual Budgets and Person Centred Planning, specifically around ethnicity.
