The ARC (NI) conference has become the not to be missed event for all those with an interest in ensuring that people with a learning disability have better life chances. This year we will explore how to make the talk of better lives a reality and encourage delegates to be challenged to move beyond what is, to explore what better experiences could be possible in the changing world.
