ARC Scotland has been working in partnership with in-Control Scotland for some time now. ARC Scotland is also a member of the in-Control Scotland Advisory Group.
ARC Scotland fully supports the development of individualized budgets and self directed support for people with learning disabilities, so much so that is a key element of a newly launched ARC Scotland project- Progress Scotland.
I had never heard about this before. It was good to have the easy read material- A service user who attended one of the awareness sessions in Edinburgh
ARC Scotland has co-hosted many events with in-Control Scotland around the country over the last couple of years for both staff working within learning disability provider organizations and for people who use services.
