Consultancy Services

ARC Scotland Consultancy Service

ARC Scotland has launched a new consultancy service. After consultation with a variety of our members we identified that some organisations were looking for external support with strategic and operational issues.

quotesThe Quality of the consultancy service was very highly rated, not only by the Senior Management Team, but at all levels throughout the Service.
- Head of Service, Learning Disability Provider, Midlothian

This support was seen as particularly necessary in an environment where there are changing priorities such as the personalisation agenda and competitive tendering.

ARC Scotland has developed this service as it compliments areas of our existing provision such as workforce development and the exchange and promotion of good practice.
