Care Providers Banking Issues Group
ARC Scotland is working with a group of care providers to discuss ongoing banking problems for people with learning disabilities and the difficulties this creates for carers and organisations that support them.
The main focus so far has been on the proposals in the Adult Support & Protection Bill (Part 2) to amend certain parts of the Adults with Incapacity Act, and whether these will help solve all the problems people are facing.
