Over 150 banks have been visited by people with a learning disability throughout the UK to research the problems individuals have opening a bank account.
Care Providers Banking Issues Group
ARC Scotland is working with a group of care providers to discuss ongoing banking problems for people with learning disabilities and the difficulties this creates for carers and organisations that support them.
Talking Money
Talking Money is a joint project between ARC Scotland and ENABLE Scotland. It aims to make it easier for people with learning disabilities to access banking services and for them to be financially included in society.
